Thitid Tassanakajohn, better known as Chef Ton, is arguably the most recognizable face of modern Thai cooking. The success of his acclaimed restaurant Le Du has spawned TV shows and guest appearances around the world, not to mention Niras, an opulent Hong Kong outpost. Chef Ton’s more personal Nusara, named after his late grandmother, has just moved to a new location a few meters away from the original site. Here, patrons will find the bordello-red ground floor Nuss Bar, two floors of dining space with killer views over Wat Pho—aka the Temple of the Reclining Buddha—and an indoor-outdoor rooftop bar and terrace.
