An animation of the interior of 60ml, a speakeasy bar in Singapore.

Named after its standard pour of 60ml, this attractive speakeasy is tucked at the back of Spanish restaurant Asador in the historic enclave of Joo Chiat. With its sultry decor and cozy vibe, 60ml is a discovery worth making. With seats for barely two dozen, any visit to this spirit-forward bar is an intimate affair. A well crafted range of classic cocktails awaits. Arrive for a pre-dinner drink and stay for a nightcap. The espresso martini is not to be missed. —Alison Marshall
