Elegant service staff attired in all-black dresses welcome drinkers into a glamorous den of lacquered walls and leather chairs, where regulars order off-menu classics, or delight in spirits, bitters, and signature negronis aged in-house in more than 100 oak barrels. With 31 cocktails, the new <a href="https://www.sevenrooms.com/experiences/manhattan?DestinAsian">Seasons of Manhattan</a> menu invites guests to experience the changing seasons as New Yorkers do: a sensory journey that highlights seasonal differences in a country that has only one!
Start with a nod to spring break: <a href="https://conradsingaporeorchard.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/manhattan-digital-menu-2025-22052025-update.pdf?DestinAsian">Where the Boys Are</a> is a crimson concoction of tequila and mezcal, lifted by citrus, plum, and blackberry, a sophisticated celebration of beer pong. Taking the classic student game to another level, a sheet of dehydrated plum portrays the splash as a ‘ping pong ball’ melon sphere appears to land in the glass. For fans of local flavors, the <a href="https://conradsingaporeorchard.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/manhattan-digital-menu-2025-22052025-update.pdf?DestinAsian">Cha</a> in the Summer section of the menu is a grown-up take on bubble tea, with toasted soy milk, jasmine, kaoliang (a type of baijiu) and of course boba.
