C.O.T.U is the brainchild of SJS Group, the entertainment concept behind some of Singapore’s historic nightlife venues like Pangea and Lulu’s, in collaboration with other nightlife stalwarts responsible for Zouk, Empire and Formula 1’s Amber Lounge. 
Whether you choose to chill at Dashi Sky Pool, dine at Ensou Steakhouse, explore cocktails Little Birdie, chill out at The Whisper Room jazz lounge, or party the night away at Dashi Go-Go Ultra Lounge for hip hop and R&amp;B beats, the venue emphasizes that there is something for everyone. Even families are welcome to chill at Dashi Sky Pool in the day while office goers can enjoy their morning coffee at The Whisper Room, taking in the sky-high views of the Marina Bay area.
