The views at Baia get better and better as the sun sets. Set on the quiet rooftop of Esplanade mall, the restaurant/bar is all about those stunning, panoramic views of the Marina Bay area, complimented by delicious sharing plates and dynamic cocktails. The bar takes its name from an ancient Roman holiday city and features both an indoor and outdoor area (for the best views sit outdoors). 
The cocktail menu is organized in three categories; Sol for light and refreshing, Nox for complex and maximalist and Mosaic for sharing options. Guests can enjoy drinks alongside an array of elevated Italian small plates such as authentic pizzas, chargrilled delights and a raw bar. Menu highlights include the tasty Hokkaido Scallops with black Truffle and Avocado, and Smoked Beef Tartare with Sesame Cream served with crisp Pita chips. As dusk turns to night, expect pumping beats from resident DJs as well as regular events to keep the energy flowing at all times. —Karen Fong
