After an extensive refurbishment, <a href="https://www.fairmont-singapore.com/dining/antidote/DestinAisian">Anti:dote</a> is back and ready to administer. As well as a revived, contemporary new look, there’s a new <a href="https://www.antidotebar.sg/cocktail-menu?DestinAsian">CURE:ALL</a> cocktail menu that promises a prescription for the feelings of the day, whether celebration or commiseration. Whether guests want to discover, recharge or indulge, the carefully curated menu promises something for everyone. The team is led at the bar by Eduardo Zamora and the floor staff by Carla Davina, both who have a wealth of global experience in hospitality. The space, at the ground floor of<a href="https://destinasian.com/singapore-hotels-fairmont-singapore"> Fairmont Singapore</a>, is much more inviting in its new form, with deep velvet seating and low tables, along with a convivial extended bar space. The speakeasy vibe leads easily from early evening until late at night. Start with The Fatigue Fix: Bacardi Carta Blanca rum infused cucumber with lacto-fermented strawberry, citrus and edible air, a gentle way to ease into a night out. Finish with a memorable goodbye with the Pure Indulgence: Código 1530 tequila, mezcal, Pedro Ximenez sherry and a nicely bitter finish of blood orange infused Gentian liqueur.
