Nobu’s selection of Peruvian-inflected Japanese favorites are noteworthy: don’t miss the signature black cod miso and F1 Japanese beef toban yaki. These specialties feature on both the à la carte menu, which includes sushi and other delicacies, and the omakase menus—a great way to sample a small taste of everything along with a little Singaporean flavor. The restaurant also offers a weekend brunch that includes unlimited servings of signature dishes plus a lineup of high-quality beverages including its own sake, the Nobu Junmai Daiginjo.
