Rising high above the bright lights of Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Shangri-La The Fort occupies one of the tallest buildings in Metro Manila, if not all of the Philippines. Topping out at 250 meters, the hotel offers 6,000 square meters of event space with restaurants, bars, and stylish shops united in a single lifestyle hub at the heart of this dynamic financial district.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a grand, semi-circular lobby overhung by a massive hand-blown crystal chandelier, with richly veined marble floors leading to a sweeping staircase. Up one level is Canton Road for modern riffs on Huaiyang and Cantonese classics; and The Backroom, an award-winning speakeasy bar known for its handcrafted drinks and compact bar menu. For heartier meals, poolside Samba serves up Peruvian favorites like anticucho de pulpo (grilled octopus skewers) and canilla de cordero (slow-cooked lamb shank) against dazzling sunset views. Also on hand are Raging Bull Burgers and Raging Bull Chophouse &amp; Bar for steakhouse staples.
