Celebrate 15 Exquisite Years at The St. Regis Bali Resort

Since opening on September 15, 2008, The St. Regis Bali Resort has wowed countless discerning travelers who have come through its doors with its exemplary service and an unwavering commitment to making each stay an exquisite one. The brand’s legacy of timeless refinement stems from founder John Jacob Astor IV and his mother Caroline Astor, who presided over New York high society during the American Gilded Age.

These days, guests have the opportunity to mark a major milestone for Bali’s House of Celebration. While the main 15th-anniversary festivities took place earlier this month, ongoing food and beverage promotions will tantalize those bound for Indonesia’s Island of the Gods in the coming weeks.

The St. Regis Bali Resort is rightly known for the sumptuous Sunday brunch served at Boneka—a restaurant that serves a diverse range of Asian and international favorites—and Sundays throughout September will showcase 15 Special Selections of The Original Bali Brunch. Diners can look forward to a meticulously curated selection of 15 distinctive dishes beloved by guests since the property’s debut, with the anniversary brunch priced at IDR 750,000 net per person.

The St. Regis Bar, meanwhile, is hosting Refinement and Distinction: The Macallan Experience throughout September. On the drinks menu, New York–inspired cocktails with a local Balinese flair feature the Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask Scotch whisky, whose complex notes of caramel, honeycomb, and spices like ginger come from a carefully developed aging process in barrels of both American and European Sherry-seasoned oak. This special experience is offered at IDR 3,250,000 per person.

Also taking place at The St. Regis Bar, the St. Regis Afternoon Tea with Pithecanthropus is offered from 3–5 p.m. each day until November 30, 2023. Led by talented pastry chef Vincent Stopin, the resort’s award-winning pastry team has created a variety of sweet and savory delights adorned with colorful batik patterns from Pithecanthropus Bali, an artisanal atelier that combines age-old techniques and craft traditions with a contemporary outlook. The unique afternoon tea set is available for IDR 400,000 net per person, and IDR 175,000 net per child between three and 12 years old.

Book now and join The St. Regis Bali Resort as it celebrates 15 exquisite years of excellence.
