Move over Sevva, there’s a new superstar rooftop bar in town. Set on the 45th floor of the Landmark Atrium, <a href="https://www.cardinalpoint.com.hk/?DestinAsian">Cardinal Point</a> makes up part of the new Forty-Five entertainment enclave that sprawls across two levels and includes three restaurants and a private members’ club. Comprising a lounge and sky terrace, it is an astonishing space that wraps around three sides of the building, delivering vertiginous views of Central’s mammoth skyscrapers, Victoria Harbour, and Stonecutters Bridge in the west. John Nugent (of <a href="https://www.thediplomat.hk/?DestinAsian">The Diplomat</a>) has curated the drinks list, which includes 23 champagnes, wines by the bottle and the glass, and cocktails with names like Boujie Banana (Jameson Irish Whiskey, allspice, banana, kakigori shaved ice) and Larry Bird (Plantation Pineapple Stiggins’, Suze Gentian, Bitter Bianco, pineapple skin).
