In the mood for something savory? The clarified LGM Mary is a lighter-bodied but no less punchy Bloody Mary; Los Arcos Blanco tequila gets a hit of lingering heat from Lao Gan Ma chili sauce, and the complex flavor is met with a spritz of mezcal and upcycled tomato salt.
