First opened in 2014, <a href="https://www.vesperbar.co/?destinasian">Vesper</a>—all jewel-green tones and leather accents—continues to evolve under the direction of British transplant Tom Hearn. The latest in a well-received line of conceptual menus is People of Vesper, which draws its inspiration from the regulars who have frequented the bar over the years. Among the 14 new cocktails are the Mama Sour (Ketel One vodka with elderflower liqueur, chili honey, and a splash of Noilly Prat) and the pink-hued Miami Vice Vesper, which updates the gin-and-vodka-based drink introduced in the 1953 James Bond novel Casino Royale with strawberry dry vermouth. —Vincent Vichit-Vadakan
