<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="3:1-3:223;57-279">Air France has extended its partnership with triple Michelin-starred chef Julien Royer, marking seven years of collaboration. The renewal brings a new menu for La Première and Business class passengers flying between Singapore and Paris.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="5:1-5:325;281-605">The lineup brings ten new dishes to La Première and three to Business class, rotating across four seasonal cycles through 2026. Dishes blend French technique with Singaporean and Asian influences, including a chicken rice interpretation for La Première, and mark the first time vegetarian options feature in the partnership.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="7:1-7:198;607-804">Highlights include braised beef cheek with Pinot Noir and sea bass and prawn bouillabaisse in La Première, and braised beef short ribs with mustard caviar and coconut poached cod in Business class.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="9:1-9:278;806-1083">Royer, based in Singapore since 2008 and chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred Odette, said the menu draws on the city&#8217;s most loved dishes while staying rooted in French cooking. Air France KLM General Manager for South East Asia &amp; Oceania, Femke Kroese called the renewal a reflection of the airline’s culinary commitment.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="11:1-11:185;1085-1269">The dishes are served on Air France&#8217;s daily Boeing 777-300ER, with four La Première suites and 60 Business seats, alongside three weekly Boeing 787-9 flights connecting the two cities.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="13:1-13:153;1271-1423">Since 2019, the partnership has become a signature part of Air France&#8217;s premium cabin experience out of Singapore, a key long-haul market in the region.</p>
