A sprawling waterfront destination on the city’s southeastern coast, NUSTAR Resort Cebu is the first integrated resort in the Visayas, combining entertainment, shopping, and wellness with a distinctly Filipino take on contemporary ultra-luxury.

Inside NUSTAR Resort Cebu

At its heart is the exclusive NUSTAR Hotel, whose 223 rooms and suites are among the most generous in the city, starting at 52 square meters. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto sweeping views of Cebu City or the Mactan Channel, while interiors pair sleek contemporary design with subtle local touches. For an added sense of privacy and ease, every guest has access to a dedicated NUSTAR Butler, on hand to arrange everything from dining and spa appointments to special requests.

Dining, Skydeck, and Entertainment

The experience extends well beyond the room. Guests can retreat to the hotel’s swimming pools, fitness facilities, and Hagod Spa, or settle into the Executive Club for breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and refreshments throughout the day. And crowning the experience is the now-iconic NUSTAR Skydeck, a glass floored walkway perched 100 meters above sea level.

Dining is another draw, whether at the hotel or at The Mall at NUSTAR. Mott 32, the celebrated Hong Kong–born Chinese restaurant, makes its Philippine debut here, serving refined Cantonese dishes alongside signature cocktails in a dramatic setting. At Il Primo, Italian fare meets premium steaks, while Fina celebrates Filipino cuisine through contemporary interpretations of regional and heirloom dishes. Xin Tian Di brings southern Chinese and Southeast Asian specialties to a casual setting, open around the clock.

For Travelers Who Expect More

For travelers who want to combine polished luxury with the energy of a modern city, that breadth is part of the appeal. NUSTAR Hotel offers a private sanctuary above the action, yet puts one of Cebu’s most ambitious new destinations right outside the door. It is a distinctly different expression of Filipino hospitality: contemporary, confident, and built for travelers who expect more from a city stay.
