<p>Following its success in Berlin, Hamburg, Dubai, and Florence, the 25hours Hotel brand made its Southeast Asian debut with the vibrant 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird. One year on, this high-rise lifestyle is a bold presence in the Indonesian capital, bringing a dose of irreverent European charm while remaining grounded in local culture.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perched 38 stories above Ashta District 8 Mall in the leafy Senopati neighborhood, the hotel offers sweeping views and walkable access to one of Jakarta’s most stylish districts. Its architectural vision nods to the city’s original ambition as a “garden city&#8221;. Designed by Airmas Asri Architects, the modern silhouette is softened with lush greenery, while subtly incorporating traditional Indonesian motifs into its framework.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Inside, a trio of design powerhouses; 1508 London, STYLT Design, and EDG Singapore, take the reins. The result is an immersive interior experience that pays homage to Jakarta’s layered identity. Unconventionally, the reception is located not at street level, but on Level L (eighth floor), where guests are welcomed into a multi-sensory lobby brimming with eclectic seating, intimate corners, and a giant digital art wall by Japan’s teamLab, pulsing with living imagery.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The hotel offers two distinct room concepts. The Garden rooms embrace nature with botanical patterns, natural textures, and an eclectic mix of furniture. The Urban Rooms, by contrast, reflect Jakarta’s dynamic modernity with industrial surfaces, bold geometry, and a city palette. All 210 rooms feature curated touches such as Freitag bags crafted from recycled truck tarps, locally made Oaken toiletries, and mid-century vintage furnishings from retro chairs to classic wooden desks, and record players. For extended stays, 135 serviced residences come with kitchenettes, generous workspaces, and full access to hotel amenities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Led by Chilean Executive Chef Matias Mardones, the hotel’s Latin American restaurant COPA centers around a wood-fired charcoal grill, offering tender meat, seafood, and vegetables with smoky flair. The Oddbird bar is a haven for cocktail lovers, the concept inspired by iconic birds from around the world. The menu artfully mixes local ingredients with international influences, creating drinks that are as imaginative as they are delicious.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Heading to the ninth floor, VIDA Spa offers a menu of treatments, from massages and facials to the Oxy Airpods Therapy, Jakarta’s first and only machine-based oxygen therapy designed to fight urban pollutants and re-energize the skin. Next door, the 24-hour gym features cutting-edge equipment for around-the-clock fitness. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by Jakarta’s SCBD skyline, feels like a hidden sanctuary. Meanwhile, Cabana, the breezy poolside eatery set among bamboo accents and shaded cabanas, is a great spot for light bites and laid-back afternoons. Here guests will find plenty to enjoy, from fresh fruit platters and paletas to hearty dishes like burgers and truffle-infused nasi goreng, alongside signature cocktails. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Also on the ninth floor, Creative Lounges add a playful twist to productivity. These communal spaces come with table tennis, open pantries, and casual seating, encouraging collaboration or laid-back lounging. Each lounge is named after a city that’s home to another 25hours hotel— Berlin, Zurich, New York, and more.</span></p>
<p>The 530 square meter Jakarta Ballroom, located on the eighth floor, is ideal for banquets and gatherings, complemented by a 380 square meter outdoor deck with skyline views. On the ground floor, the 25h Things Shop offers curated merchandise, quirky souvenirs, and handmade goods by Indonesian artisans, a perfect way to take a piece of The Oddbird home.</p>
