Italian bins lead a considered wine list and the cocktail menu pairs classics with innovative but effective signatures, such as the Terra di Nascita, an implausibly palatable blend of beetroot, kaffir lime, amaretto, and more. On the food front, well-executed Italian crowd-pleasers sit alongside creative innovations, such as a buttery, creamy milk risotto (Risotto al Latte) with pulled pork and blackberries, or the deceptively simple Uovo, a slow-cooked egg served in a tangy pecorino sauce with crisp asparagus and cheese tuile.
